We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on shipping products to international destinations.
When you place an order, the shipper estimates your shipping and delivery dates and the shipping options you choose including shipping provider. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipper rates and charges are weight-based.
You may return any product for a full refund or store credit without a time limit.
If the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item we will pay the return shipping costs.
You should receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper. Usually you will receive your refund more quickly. Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and process may be about 10 days.
If you need to return an item:

- Select My Account menu
- Go to "Complete Orders"
- View and open the order in question Call 800/414-4624
- Inform us of your details,
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item..
